Free Training Plan worksheet!
I’m very happy to offer this free spreadsheet for downloading. This is the worksheet I use to track every single one of my runs. It will automatically calculate miles per hour and miles per minute as long as you convert your time into decimal form. (i.e. 10:30 would be 10.50).
I’ve tried making several notations to make it easier to understand and use, but feel free to modify it in any way that would be helpful to you. My main goal is just to help people track their running and plan for their future training. Change, delete or add to it in any way you’d like though. I would appreciate any feedback or changes I could implement to make it easier to use.
